The organization works with responsible tour operators, local guides, mountain crews, community leaders, travelers, sponsors, and supporters to promote ethical trekking, fair wages, reasonable carrying loads, suitable clothing, proper meals, safe sleeping conditions, education, skills development, and respectful treatment.
