Mti Mkubwa Camp to Shira 1 Camp

After breakfast, leave Mti Mkubwa Camp and continue trekking through the upper forest before gradually entering the moorland zone. As you gain altitude, the vegetation becomes shorter and the landscape opens up. Trek at a steady group pace while allowing time for acclimatization and hydration. Continue toward Shira 1 Camp, enjoying views across the Shira Plateau and toward Kibo depending on weather conditions. Arrive at camp, enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Shira 1 Camp to Shira 2 Camp

After breakfast, begin you\'re trek across the Shira Plateau toward Shira 2 Camp. The route crosses open high-altitude terrain with broad mountain views and changing vegetation. Maintain a controlled pace with you\'re guide, taking regular breaks to support acclimatization. Continue to Shira 2 Camp, settle into camp and enjoy dinner before spending the night.

Shira 2 Camp to Moir Hut Camp

After breakfast, leave Shira 2 Camp and continue toward Moir Hut Camp. The trail gradually enters the high-altitude alpine desert as you gain elevation. Trek at a steady group pace while allowing you\'re body time to adjust to the increasing altitude. Enjoy the changing mountain scenery and views across the northern side of Kilimanjaro, subject to weather conditions. Arrive at Moir Hut Camp, enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Moir Hut Camp to Buffalo Camp

After breakfast, continue from Moir Hut Camp toward Buffalo Camp. The route crosses rugged high-altitude terrain along the northern side of Mount Kilimanjaro. Trek with you\'re group and guide at a comfortable pace, taking regular breaks for hydration and acclimatization. Depending on weather conditions, enjoy views toward Kibo and the surrounding northern slopes. Arrive at Buffalo Camp, enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Buffalo Camp to Third Cave Camp

After breakfast, leave Buffalo Camp and continue trekking toward Third Cave Camp. The route passes through open alpine terrain with gradual changes in elevation and expansive views across the northern slopes. Maintain a steady pace with you\'re guide while allowing enough time for rest and acclimatization. Arrive at Third Cave Camp, settle in, enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Third Cave Camp to School Hut

After breakfast, continue from Third Cave Camp toward School Hut. The trail gradually gains elevation through the alpine desert as you approach the upper mountain zone. Trek at a controlled group pace with you\'re mountain guide and support crew. Upon reaching School Hut, settle into camp and prepare for the high-altitude section ahead. You\'re guide will provide a summit briefing, help you organize you\'re summit clothing and equipment, and advise you to rest before the next stage.

Crater Camp to School Huts

Today focuses on the high-altitude crater section of the Northern Circuit. From the School Hut area, continue toward the upper slopes and crater zone with you\'re mountain guide. The terrain becomes increasingly rocky and exposed as you approach the summit area. Depending on the planned route, park conditions and required arrangements, continue toward Crater Camp and settle into the high-altitude camp. Spend the night resting and preparing for the final summit attempt.

Crater Camp to Uhuru Peak to Millennium Camp

Wake early and begin the final summit section with you\'re mountain guide. Trek from Crater Camp toward Uhuru Peak at a slow and controlled pace across the high-altitude terrain. Continue to Uhuru Peak at 5,895 metres, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro and the highest point in Africa. After reaching Uhuru Peak, take time for photographs and to appreciate the summit experience, subject to weather and trail conditions. Begin the descent from the summit area and continue toward Millennium Camp. As you lose altitude, the environment gradually becomes less exposed. Arrive at Millennium Camp, enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Millennium Camp to Mweka Gate to Moshi

After breakfast, begin you\'re final descent from Millennium Camp toward Mweka Gate. Continue through the changing mountain vegetation as you descend toward the lower forest zone. Enjoy the final section of you\'re Kilimanjaro adventure before reaching Mweka Gate.

At Mweka Gate, complete the required park exit procedures and meet you\'re transfer vehicle. Continue to Moshi and arrive later in the day, marking the end of you\'re 10-Day Group Mid-Range Mount Kilimanjaro Climbing Tour in Tanzania, Africa in November via the Northern Circuit Route. Kilimanjaro climbs are required to be conducted with a licensed operator and guide.
