Rongai Gate to Simba Camp
After breakfast, transfer toward Rongai Gate on the northern side of Mount Kilimanjaro. Complete the required registration before meeting your private mountain guide and support crew. Begin your trek through the lower forest zone, gradually gaining altitude as you follow the Rongai trail. Trek at a comfortable pace with regular breaks while enjoying the surrounding scenery. Continue toward Simba Camp, where you will have dinner and spend the night.

After breakfast, continue your private trek from Simba Camp toward Kikelelwa Camp. After breakfast, leave Mawenzi Tarn Huts and continue toward Kibo Hut. The trail crosses the high-altitude alpine desert between Mawenzi and Kibo, where vegetation becomes increasingly sparse and the terrain more rocky. Continue slowly with your guide as you gain altitude. Upon reaching Kibo Hut, have your evening meal and prepare your clothing, water and personal equipment for the summit attempt. Rest early before the night climb.

Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak to Horombo Hut
Wake around midnight and begin the summit attempt with your private mountain guide. Trek slowly through the rocky upper slopes toward the crater rim, continuing toward Uhuru Peak at 5,895 metres. The final ascent is demanding, so your guide will maintain a steady pace and provide guidance throughout the climb. After reaching Uhuru Peak, take time for photographs and enjoy the achievement, subject to weather and mountain conditions. Begin the descent toward Kibo Hut for a short rest before continuing to Horombo Hut. The descent allows you to gradually lose altitude after the summit attempt. Dinner and overnight at Horombo Hut.
